Are Adsense ads payment country related?

    I just got a click from a country and I started to wonder if the payment are country related, cause, it was not alot of cents.

    well i noticed that if different countries clicking on the same ad placement yields a different result. So I image it depends on the country and the google ads that is displayed on screen.
