Are adsense ads allowed on privacy policy, contact us, etc. pages???

on the page itself?
what about in sidebar or header?

I think it is better to avoid these pages.

 

i wouldn't advise you to place it on them pages because what google loves is unique content!

 

How would you prevent it if they are in the header or sidebar or widgetvin wordpress for instance?

 

in wordpress blog, i guess ads will display in these pages so i don't think you can avoid it in these pages and it shouldn't be against the tos after all these pages are part of your site.

 

Of course its allowed. I have used Google's own site builder for some web sites. The first place they automatically place them, is in the side bar. You do have the option of not displaying the side bar also.
