The image in the header is still stretched that's what makes it look unprofessional. You should consider using a different image in the header and get a professional logo.
As kingofsanda said the header is still stretched. Be member of other similar kind of forums and put your site link in your signature.
Yeah your header looks absolutely terrible on anyone how has a large monitor. Make the image size a fixed amount and not dependent on monitor size and it would look fine.
I reviewed your forum previously and basically I can still see that it is very much the same as before. The header is still stretched and it looks kind of odd.
