Arcades Website Redesigned with new Colours , placements

I recently Redesigned my Arcades website - http://www.arcadesworld.com and did a lot of colour changes.
Can you give me some suggestions which would make my visitor stay on my site for more time.
Do you think anything has to be changed in my website?

I think the colour scheme works well and you've managed to intergrate the ads nicely. However, I'd consider making the top banner a little more "busy" and colourful. Alternatively you could just opt for an additional horizontal ad next to the logo.

 

ad next to logo will make the site look totally full of ads.

Nice site! My suggestion would be to move your 2nd adsense ad (the large square one) more to the right so it aligns with the other "dark-blue-lines" so it's blended in better

For your header... try adding an icon/logo design + plain text (I would personally use yellow avant garde font). The green you have now is kind of lost in the blue.

The problem is it cannot be moved as if i moved it , it will go to bottom

 

I'd put some ligher blue in the content boxes so that you have more hues. Anyway .. it's a nice design. Best of luck with it.
