I am interested so I asked a few question.

1. What script is it using? You had mentioned there was script problem, how do the new owner get support for the script?

2. How old is the site, and why do you want to sell it?

3. Could you tell me which hosting company you are using now? do you think the new owner can keep using the same hosting company? what kind of hosting package you are using?

4. how much time need to run the site?

5. how to manage fault click or fault impression? (is that a feature build in the script?)

Sorry for many question, but I ask because I am interested.....

Questions...

1) The script is from http://www.phpwebscripts.com/easybannerpro/index.html. There is an upgrade that can be installed to fix the info.php stats issue. My understanding is we have 6 months left of support/upgrades.

2) The site was setup in late Dec 06 (six months old).

3) I host the site on servers we use for other sites. If the new owner has a server that would be best. I can host the site for $150 per month. I am not a discount provider and all of our servers are top of the line and never loaded past 80%.

4) Everything is automated. We have not spend more then an hour in the past few months answering emails or making a change to a users account. It uses PayPals IPN system works great 99.9% of the time.

5) There is a fraud screening system built in.

The exchange is setup currently on a slider ratio. The higher the webmasters CTR to the exchange the more impressions they earn per click. Currently the only way they earn impressions is to send clicls. This is like a reward for webmasters who place the exchange ad in a better location and have a higher CTR rate.

Impressions sales packages range from $10 US for 25k to $1,800 for 5m.

Everything can be adjusted inside the admin section of the website. This script has a lot of features.

HI i see you have you banner exchnmage site as i own one of these there are not very profitable compared to the amount of revenue you get to purcahses i was wondering if my dedicated hosting is up for the challenge. would you be willing to execpt $200.
