Arcade website with great domain name. For Sale

GAM3PLAY.COM is for Sale.

The Domain is about 1/2 Year old, the traffic is not much (about 15-50 unique/day). Once the traffic was higher, but I only promoted the site in the first month.

The Site is indexed in google, yahoo, msn, alta-vista (as far as i know) and has a few backlinks.

Script price was about $70 (arcadebuilder) and is licensed to gam3play.com
Curiously the Script works also on other Domains (just checked it)

Also I spent lots of hours of work, to make some changes with the Design, Bannerplacements ect.
Revenue i made was in fully about $45 via adsense and reachads

Site has hughe potencial, just needs some promotion, for which i had/have no time.

Price is set to $150 BIN (Non Auction! I only sell for the BIN)

 

$45 revenue from when? Is it every month?

 

No, the revenue was from the whole 1/2 year, that's what i meant with "in fully".

Been trying to contact p.q. for days now. He will not respond to messages I sent him. I have paid half the money for the site, under his terms he wanted half before and half afterwards.

He was quick to respond before he got money but now nothing from him.

He may have a good reason why he has not responded.

But he has signed in to DP and not answered my pm's.

I dont think he realized it gives you the time a member was last online in his profile.

 

So he is maybe a scammer (until he does not come back to you)

Update-

Seller has refunded the money I paid him after I started a paypal claim.

I can now see why first buyer jumped off.

Complete timewaster, so beware people. Still not contacted me at all.

 

Site looks good. I was thinking to buy it...but now..a different story. I still can buy it...but he has to transfer everything to me 1st.
