Selling Arcade website - Makes 250-300$/month

Selling arcade website.

Traffic: ~1000 unique vis/day ... Had almost 6000 vis/day 2 years ago, but because of poor advertise and no updates, it dropped in google searches.
PR=3 (had PR5 in the past), 5 years old , .ro extension domain <- payed lifetime

Adsense revenue: ~1100 euros/8 months ( from January to end of August 2010)
CPXinteractive revenue: ~20-30$/month
Metamedia revenue: ~30$/month

I do sell link and text ad spots on it for gambling related websites. In the past 12 month it brought about 500-600$ in total.

All revenue can be verified , including the gambling text ads revenue.

I have bought some link spots in the last months (about 100$ spent on it ... expecting to get PR4 at next PR update).

The site has almost 1700 games added, admin panel, automated link exchange system, smarty php platform.

I will provide proof of revenue and traffic at request. Please ask only if you have money and interest in buying it.

I will negotiate, but with some limits.

The site is homemade. It is using the Smarty frame based php platform and nothing else.

Why dont you provide adsense details for the URL? Or better, provide traffic details instead.

Some of the clicks are accidental . If you see the way the ads are shown in the pages where games are played, you will understand.
L.E. The average CTR is about 3.6% (for both channels, from January until Sept.) . It doesn't seem high to me.

hathgola, again ... 100% sure traffic proof can be seen with analytics. You only need to send me your e-mail address you use for analytics and I'll grant access.

Adsense and CPX revenue proof can be seen with teamviewer (so there is no doubt that I might tell lies about that, despite my 100% good itrader rating).

The english version of the admin panel and also for the page itself can be made in a day, maximum. The price can be lowered to 3100$ if you agree to pay all money transfer fees. (I accept only payapl).

That's the best I can do. I'm not in such a hurry to sell it so I can wait

The website has been redesigned and built on wordpress now so I have lost a lot of traffic during this process. The website is no longer for sale because it's at a low traffic and income level and I doubt that I can sell it at a price bigger than 3000$ so I will wait for a few weeks/months for the traffic to recover. Of course, if someone is willing to pay a price bigger than 3000$ at current status, I'm selling it.

To respond to your question, it used to be on the second page on google.ro for "jocuri" (games in romania). Now it's only on the first page on google.com for that key.

Current traffic dropped to around 700-800 vis/day.
