    no, you are wrong.
    starting bid and reserve are different things.

    Reserve set to $100.00 USD
    possible that this message is seen only be me as seller.

    according to all auctions rules - i can sell item for less than reserve BUT it does no mean i have to!

    you possibly have to learn a little about auctions.

    He is selling this arcade with a BIN of $120. The highest offer was $20, that's 1/6th of the BIN. I wouldn't sell for that either. He has every right to not sell for a price that isn't reasonable. Make a reasonable offer and he'll probably sell.

    And the "starting bid" of $1 IS NOT a reserve price. It was not met. I see nothing wrong with not selling for $20.
