I'm thinking about creating a new online game(s) related site, but I need some help in choosing my niche. Do I do a 3k plus game arcade or a specific game page? Heres an example: ArcadeWebsite.com (not an actual example but general): -no way in hell for SE traffic or good SERP at an early stage -saturated environment -click/impression banner exchanges (I know how to really work these well) -Arcade Topsites (I know how to work these well) -Stumbleupon/Digg not so easily utilized Worlds-Hardest-Game.com (an actual example, not registered, so use it if you like) -hyphenated domain name is required cuz regular is registered (worldshardestgame.com REGISTERED, helicoptergame.com REGISTERED) -1.5m competition (not bad) -pretty easy SERP domination - thru manual directory submit, possibly PayPerPost, social bookmarking submit, etc -pretty good keyword searches amount 1.8m+ global goog searches -not good for topsites/banner exchanges -Stumbleupon/Digg easily utilized So basically, the question is, what is easier to earn with? Topsite/Banner Exchange Traffic or Organic/social bookmarking traffic? In both short-term (1 - 3 months) and long-term (3 months - 1 year - 5+ years)?
