I have an Arcade site Put Off Work and was wondering what other people out there with arcades sites make and if there is a max that many People hit with arcade sites? Right now with the traffic the ctr is low and earnings is less then 1$ a day range right now. Say I managed 1k in unique traffic a day what may I expect. Any geusses. Thanks.
ye, arcade site does make money. I dont have arcade site myself, but i read a post talking about an arcade site webmaster, hes from tw and making 300 USD / day. I visit his site, he didnt own any flash games, just link games from other flash game site like crazy monkey ( not sure the web site name). He wrote more than 700 flash game reviews, even tho, he didnt own any games, and all games are from other sites, but I guess those reviews make his site unqiue and brought him alot traffic, hes rich now. forget to mention, his site is in chinese. if your site is in english , probably wont work, cuz visitors gonna go to those game sites, and wont stay at urs. good luck with ur site.
With roughly 2,000 uniques on a daily basis, you can expect to be averaging $10 per day. In all honesty, there is simply too much competition in this industry.
I sold My first arcade site for £1,500 after 5 months of working on it, i've now made my second and just redesigned parts of it.

Arcades usually swap links with each other but I do make about $50 a month from text-link-ads.com. The google referral ads also do pretty well, the IMVU 3d social networking converts well.
