You have to factor in a lot when putting together an asking price for the site. Things like design, inbound links and any kind of exposure should all be taken into consideration and added to the price accordingly. It's not always revenue x 10 either - this is only the case if your site has been around long enough to prove to potential buyers that it has a steady stream of income.
Make sure you sell it in the Buy and Sell section. Cuz I feel like your trying to sell it in the general chat...
