Hi I run a flash arcade site www.mouseclickergames.com. I would like to know where the best place is to get .swf game files from?

Basically anywhere, view the source, find the swf file, and rehost.

 

If you do not want the trouble of hunting down one flash game at a time, there are some people offering thousands of flash games with thumbnails and descriptions for a song in http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=76

Is there not copyright issues with the games?

As long as you do not reverse-engineer the game or claims that you own the games or its copyright then there is no issue with copyright.

Those offering the games are not selling the games but rather provide the service of providing probably the SQL, description, thumbnails and/or the ease of finding the games yourself.

If they are selling the games, it would definitely cost a lot more than that.
