Selling Arcade Site - Catchy Domain - Cheap Price

Hello everybody,

Today I'm selling a product of mine that I worked on heavily for a few months, but due to other constraints such as school and work I had to put it on the back burner. I need some money for a new project, so I'm selling this arcade. It runs on avarcade script and has over 1250+ games with roughly 35 members.

I'm running CPA offers as well as adsense for revenue, but because I haven't marketed the site much earning has been kept to a few dollars; however the name is easily brandable and quite catchy so it shouldn't be too tough to market the name.

I made a custom logo and made some coding changes so the site would be more SEO friendly. I also have some banners you can use for marketing that will come with the website.

The new owner of the site will receive full access to the avarcade forums, which contain hundreds of mods, plugins, and templates to the script. Andy, the script creator is always online and extremely helpful. It's a great little community with plenty of talented coders to make any mod you might need for the site. Additionally, I also bought and included some payware mods for ad rotation on the website.

Arcade websites are a lot of fun to run and manage, and if you put a little work into them you get to sit back and watch the money pour in for years to come.

Although the traffic is very low currently, it is a great investment and you won't find a better deal elsewhere.

The winner of this auction will have the option of me hosting the website for 1 month free while they find hosting, or the option of having me move the website to their web host and setting things up to run smoothly with ads, plugins, and everything else they might desire.
