as well as income from other ads people need to take that into consideration...do you have any proof of income?

Ok lets get something straight as you can see I am here to sell my site not get criticized on how I get my traffic. But as you can see I am getting. If you want to criticize a site go do it some where else because i gotta tell you I am really getting sick of you guys trying to act so cool by making fun of peoples sites.

Yes lets get something straight. If you have a bid of $250 and have set a BIN of $250, then why isn't it sold?

 

I bid $20, if your $250 offer falls through

 

1. If you set the BIN at $250.00 and somebody has made that offer. I would not ask for more offers. Not fair on the person that has offered your BIN.

2. You say you do not buy traffic but then say you have been using goggle ads, which in my book is paying for traffic to come to your site.

You ask for people not to make fun of your site but do you not understand how this looks to others!

Hope the person that offered the BIN does not get messed around. If I had made a BIN offer and you then asked for more offers I would be posting in this thread right away. Strange that the person is not?

Negative mate. They are just trying to gather the facts before bidding on a site. From first view, a site that gets 1200 views a day is phenomenal and would be worth bidding on, but when you find out that you have to pay $100+ a day to get that traffic, it's not so phenomenal. THAT is why the inquiries on your traffic methods. This is what you have been using as a real selling point for the site so of course people are going to inquire about it. If your selling point was a pr, they'd inquire about the validity of the PR, if your selling point was the template, they'd inquire about the uniqueness/rights of the template; if you are not going to willingly answer questions about something that you have as a selling point, then don't offer it up. After the high traffic volume, they are left with a generic site right? So why not appease the inquiries? I have not seen one person in here make fun of the site; if asking questions about the traffic is making fun of the site, then you shouldn't be having a sales thread as that question is gonna get asked (whether you have the stats or not).

Additionally, as by your own admission, a BIN offer has been made, are you going to answer everyone that is asking if the site is sold? And if it is not sold, are you going to answer everyone in regards to the question about traffic: how much are you paying for the adwords/traffic?

 

I am still waiting for a reply so I am seeing if anyone else is interested. The ask how I am getting the users and it is write there and since we run off the same script there is a forum we both are registered at as everyone else who owns this script does. And we do a link exchange. I am not sure where he put it but its there.

the trafic isn`t organic .. so i wouldn`t count on that people...
