Selling Arcade - PR2 - 3,773 (Organic) Visits this month

I'm looking to sell Star-Game.net, I've owned it for about a year.

Domain Registrar - GoDaddy.

At the moment it is Pagerank 2 but it has been Pagerank 3 in the past.

The site runs a licensed copy of GameSiteScript, with a theme that was created by me. I have 4 other variations (colour schemes) of the theme that are also available for you if you want them.

To summarise the above the site recieved 3,773 visitors this month, all visits were organic. (Either Direct traffic or from search engines) The site also made $7.50 in adsense earnings so far this month but I firmly believe that I haven't monetized this site well and with the right owner this site could make ALOT more money on advertising.

The site was also down for a period of about 4-5 days on and off in the middle of the month.

Start Bid - $100

If I don't recieve a bid I am happy with I will not sell this site.

P.S If you are interested I would be willing to create a brand new unique theme for Star-Game.net for around $75 since you are already paying for the site.

ZaxiHosting, With all due respect I don't agree, the revenue may only be $8 a month but that is due to poor monetizing. With nearly 4,000 visitors a month you should be able to make alot more than that.

Indeed if this site doesn't recieve a bid I am happy with I will improve the Advertising on the site myself and make considerably more than $8 a month, I am sure of that.

Please also note the GameSiteScript + Copyright removal would cost you $150 plus the site uses a theme that I created myself which I feel looks great, especially compared with the default ones that come with GameSiteScript.

I feel that the site is worth at the very least $300, and I would expect to get more than that.

I would like to add that it seems a fair few people think that I'm asking too much for this site.

I understand that sites normally go for around 10x monthly earnings which would mean my site is roughly worth $75.

There is no way I would consider selling this site for that, and I am in no rush to sell. So if no-one makes an offer than I feel is fair then I will continue to run the site myself.

I just hope that some people can see the potential in this site and realize that this could well earn alot more money than it currently does.

I've had a bid of $300, I'm going to let this auction run for another day and then if nobody else is interested I will accept that offer because I feel it's a very fair offer.
