    Site age, roughly two months old, but is just starting to rise in the search engines, due to the seo via link building that has been done sice the start.

    Will send you all my details for the license so it can be transfered over, and will provide the new owner with ftp details to move over.

    Reason for selling, I am concentrating on other sites, and do not have time to manage a games site.

    Domain with Godaddy for an easy push.

    Spent about $250 with the template design, games package, games uploading, domain etc.

    BIN $600, looking for quick sale, offers starting from $300.
