    Description:
I am going to try and make the HUGE jump to quit working 40+ hours a week at an 8-5 job and think that i can really make a living working for myself developing my own sites. So in order to accomplish this goal i must sell 2 of my websites to try and get some cusion money to keep me alive over the next couple months. I really would not be selling these sites otherwise. They are both doing extremly well. If you are looking for myspace traffic these sites are a must. The first site is myarcadespace.net this site has been around for about 3 months. Its generating about $100.00+ a month. There are alot of return customers and the site has over 1.5k members, lots of people have taken this code and placed it on their myspace or personal website. You can tell by lookig at the traffic logs that there are alot of people using these games from all over. MyspaceRelief is doing very well. The trffic is consitantly increasing and so is the income.

    Revenue Details:
Myarcadespace.net makes about $55+ a month with YPN and Myspacerelief.com is making about $100+ a month with YPN. They are also generating income with adultfriendfinder. You can see all revenue screenshots here.

you can view the webalizer traffic here http://www.myarcadespace.net/.phelixstats http://www.myspacerelief.com/.phelixstats

    Traffic Details:
The traffic mostly comes from referres from myspace and i also have a few other larger myspace related sites that i have links on that help generate the traffic.

Can they be sold seperately? And what kinda $$ are you looking for, starting price for the myspace site and BIN?

Well, they could be sold seperatly. The myspacerelief site def makes alot more money than the arcade site. Maybe a BIN price of 3k for this site? Not sure, I will split them though if someone is very interested in one or the other.

$3k for that site is steep. Not to mention, MySpace is shutting down sites with "myspace" in the URL left and right.

Make me an offer then. There are so many myspace* sites out there. If you do ever get a letter just keep the domain name and keep the traffic pointing to it and just put it up at a new domain name and change the logo etc and knowone will ever know. You won't loose traffic doing it that route.

Sorry, not busting balls. I think the fact that they are shutting down those sites is shortsighted anyways, I am just saying that it is an important thing to bear in mind when looking at buying a site like that. Part of the C&D involves killing the domain completely (no redirects) and/or giving it to MySpace. I know it is retarded, but that is the way they handle it. I used to work for the MySpace parent company, and trust me, I think it is a silly silly thing for them to be doing.

Anyways, sorry to hijack the thread...continue on!
