Its a fun logo, I really like the background colour (though other people might not), it would certainly be a look that I think would appeal to your target audience. Good domain name too.
It's an overall cool concept. Are you pulling in good traffic yet? How resource intensive is it server wise?
Very slick looking... Theme should work great with the goths and vamps Especially around October!! I would use deeper reds and try and "darken" the site to give it more of a morbid feeling to stay on theme... Maybe a darker background?
