    @ Jennylba123 : Yes this is a new site [ Registered at Jan 31st 2010 ]. But It has a lot of post. I don't know if that site have a backlinks, lol didn't have time to promote or just build backlinks....

    Lowered the price, its only $ 17 now. Grab it while you can...

    PS : To the buyer, I only give the domain, database backup, and all the files [ You can grab it via my cPanel ] I am not installing the website at your host, you can do it yourself.

    I am having trouble accessing the site too - getting Server Error 500.
