you are trying to get files first before payment. and personally i cannot see any reason for you to complete your part of deal if you receive it. sorry man, but it is very very bad way of doing business. i have almost every day someone writting and trying to get something i sell before paying money - no way!

as i said in pm - you see it working, i deal with payments only in advance. you see working website. i have already come across such individuals that take script than claim that they thought it is working without php or something and then just not pay. when you get it i see no reason you paying me money. wish you best luck in business.

I'm sorry, but I don't think a site is worth 20x+ of what it's making per month.

In this economy you should be happy if you get 10x of what you're making per month.

 

But when a sites income is rising by 10% per month for the last 10 months you should realise it wouldn't take to long to have a larger income, for example this month:

$1,400 / 10 = $140

Next Months earnings will be at least: $1,560

$1,560 / 10 = $156

Next Month earnings will be at least: $1,716

Yes but that still does not make sense.

You see, when sites transfer owners, they apply different ad services, and completely different advertising methods. Usually the ad revenue either stays the same or drops if the owner doesn't put EVEN more money into marketing their new website.

You should not use projected ad income unless the traffic is more than 80% organic from search engines and/or has a highly effective partnership/network agreement between another site(s).

All in all, the new owner may gain over 10% if they do everything correct, but that's usually not the case as not everybody can continue the same exact methods and work that the previous owner had going.

If you expect to gain 10% projected income, it's also your duty to KEEP ALL your backlinks of the site for a reasonable amount of time, 6 or so months.

Also, if you expect someone to pay 6 figures more for a site based on current annual revenue, your deal better include an entire network to include greater coverage and guaranteed foreseeable revenue, let alone a single stand alone site.

Not to forget, it also depends upon your site in which you're attempting to sell. Established Social networking sites have a better guaranteed growth over a simple arcade site.

Online businesses have no guarantees. There might be a paid ad campaign running - that if stopped will actually decrease your profits by a certain % per month.

You can never know.
