Arcade banner click exchanges? Do you know of any?

    Hi,

    Just as the title says. I have been looking but can't seem to find any. I want it so that I give clicks and get clicks back. I don't want a banner impressions exchange or an exchange where I give clicks and get impressions back.

    I want it so that I give 10 clicks and I then get 8 clicks or more back.

    Can be please list some or at least 1.
