i had a thread opened asked for a review and i got some good tips - well i have another question - there are two 250x250 ads above the games in the pages - now i wanted to ask if i should turn it into just images, just text links, or both? its currently running both - my average earnings is less than $0.70 per day - it gets from 50-200 visitors a day now - its less than a month old and traffic is rising - 100+ uniques yesterday alone i hope it keeps on rising. well some opinions on this is appreciated! i would use image ads only if your using box ads next to each other like you have. image ad on the left, text on right. expect 1¢ or less clicks on image ads though. you could use text_image on the right and if a click is on an image ad,it will have a higher pay.
well i found more clicks on the above two boxes more than the rest of the forum - and i was thinking of its all image, even just one side, it'll decrease my 70 cent earnings by 50% lol - but i'll try your method for a day or so - i dont get much impressions
text ads tend to pay more as they are easier to create than having to get a designer to create an image ad. So there tend to be more advertisers using text ads.
i did not see any link units on your site. i think adding one link unit under your main menu can be good
