It's the default onArcade template - not much to review. Get yourself a design, first. Even a few simple changes can make it better - I made a few to the dark template on www.webgamesnetwork.com (no longer mine - new owner deleted game images by mistake and never replaced them)
There's definitely nothing wrong with it, but there's definitely nothing new either. One thing you seem to have on your side though is traffic - most played game has around 20,000 plays. Not bad at all! Your domain name isn't too shabby either, nice and easy to remember. I'd like to see it with a spruced up design, and maybe some additional community features such as a forum, or in-flash chat. I think you'd also benefit from some extra advertisement revenue if you were to add a skyscraper ad to the left-hand column - you've got a lot of bare space which could be covered nicely Hope this helps. - Eoghan
Things look a little bit crowded on the page I think the site would look better if you add some negative space.
