    Hell, those are some serious stats. I did a little research on your site. I believe the traffic is very junky but none the less, very strong site dude.

    How on earth are you only earning $200/Month for this site?
    If that unique visitor count is valid I say screw the auction and message me and I'll get you $4,000 to $10,000 every month of this year without selling it. Contact me if interested.
