Not officially released yet, but I'll let you all preview it... http://www.aquariumvideo.org/index1.html Any thoughts, comments, or suggestions would be appreciated...
first thing... Blue links on black background = very bad.. can't read my eyes hurt.. I'm a big aquarium fan.. (fresh water especially)... so i'd like to see how fast your video is if it actually shows moving fish i'd be interested in bookmarking and being a regular. neat idea... boring to some, lots of fun to others (like me)
Here's my opinion: Compatibility: Great ! (Internet Explorer 5.0, 6.x, 7.x) , Firefox, and Safari Technology: i see that the code is the result of slice feature in Fireworks 8, which is IMO, is not a good practice, you'll find that the structure is kind of fragile, especially when your content grows in the future. Try to play with more CSS layout (tableless), you'll find it is more convinient (and faster) rather than designing in table structure. Design: i agree with splavik, you need to improve your color theme. Don't use Times New Roman, instead try to use Arial/Verdana, it is more convinient in our eyes. I could understand if you're not from design/creative art background, try to find the color theme reference/sample from the creative one. One of the good place is : Adobe Kuler (kuler.adobe.com) SEO : i believe your niche would be "Aquarium Video" and "Aquarium Webcams", we can talk more later for SEO but i see you already give this site enough keyword stuffs. Links also already optimized Keep up the good works !
