    It’s time to sell another aquarium related site from my network.

    This site is devoted to a special type of cichlids (popular group of fish) and is DMOZ listed. It has an info address containing the name of this fish type. The name of the fish has an overture of 3343 and the name + fish has 1142.

    The species in question often sell for several 100$ a piece.

    The content is unique and written for the site. I got permission to use the pictures.

    It is listed in first position for the main keyword as well as a number of other related phrases in MSN
    Listed 6th in Google and raising fast for main term
    18th in yahoo

    Age of site: 2.5 month

    The traffic is rising (due to improving Google position) and average daily visitors for this month are 34. It gets 40-50 visitors a day the last 2 weeks. Almost all traffic comes from search engines.

    Revenue: I just but Google Adsense on it 3 days ago to se what it would make before selling it and it made an steady 1.5$ a day which would add up to 45$/month
    I don’t think it would be very hard to get this site to do 5$/day if you spend some more time building links to it.

    I will not list the url since some people believe that DMOZ sometimes kicks sites out if they have been sold and the DMOZ listing listed in the sale. PM if your interested and I send you the url.

    The domain is at go daddy and will be pushed to buyers account.

    I reserve he right not to sell the site if I don’t get a bid I like. BIN will be added later.

    Thanks DCT but the site makes 1.5$/ day so your bid equals about a mounth of revenue.

    Please start the bidding at 500$. I've already turned down a bid of 480$.

    It makes good money even though i haven't done anything to it since i made it 2.5 month ago and i know it make more with a little care so i won't sell it for less than i know it's worth.

    It helps when you say things like minimum bids, increments and end dates at the beginning of an auction, to stop crazy bids like mine.

    Yes I know DCT. Im sorry about that. I thought I should se what kind of bids I would get and take it from there but i didn't expect any bids that low due to the revenue. Anyhow. Again sorry DCT.
