TechCrunch is suing Facebook for $25 million dollars in statutory damages; Google is launching a "Custom Email Time" feature; while ProBlogger.net is launching PayPerTweet, and Mike Cherim of Beast-Blog fame has broken a news story about how an international commission is going to be charging approximately $0.12 for EVERY email that gets sent (and we'll be the ones paying for them) in the name of "combating spam".
