Approximate valuation please.

    I wondered would this site would be currently worth.

    PR 2-3
    Adsense income $50 a month
    200 plus new articles a day.

    over 43,000 articles - rate thought of article directory.

    Any serious advice?

    Is that net income?

    But your still growing it so the value will only keep going up.
    At 50 a month, thats $600 a year.
    I would think serious offers would be around $5,000 on up...
