Buying Approved Article Service

I need approved article service. Looking for long term partners.

Here is how i need them.

1. Write Articles: Write 100 articles, Each article should be original and 450+ words in length with unique author's bio. Send me for review before submissions.
2. Submit Articles: Submit above articles to 15-20 different article directories. One article should be submitted to only one site to avoid dup. content issues (total 100 submissions for 100 articles). Min PR Should be 4, should include ezine, buzzle, goarticles, ideamarketers, ADB and few others. Submit report once done.
3. Approve Articles: Keep track of submissions and provide approved articles report. If not approved, resubmit with necessary changes. Submit report once done.

Want to pay per approved article only. Need bulk work. Many projects to start.

I will write unique articles but I will not submit to directory. If that is ok than please send me details. My rate for 450 word articles plus unique author bio is - $2.
