What would you estimate a database with 17.2 million business listings (i.e. full name, website, phone number, etc) at? The seller claims 150,000 yet websites like http://www.specialdatabases.com/us-business-list-database.html sell way more for only $500. He says the data is obtained legally and that's the difference (i.e. he has permission to put the listings up because the businesses directly consented to this), but at 3,000,000+ Alexa ranking, I find it hard to believe this site has gotten that many businesses to create a profile. Here you can see the website and the (Google cached) listing on website broker http://www.isearch411.com/ http://74.125.155.132/search?q=cache:F-EEkJKxJd4J:https://www.websitebroker.com/site-details-999967568.html%3Fright_nav%3D1+isearch411+broker&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us Code (markup): My gut tells me this guy thinks he can pull some kind of fast one by asking $250k for this website, but is it unreasonable to think this could be sold for $10,000? edit: the site may be down on occasion, apparently they're moving servers or something :-\
Putting your whole post in bold strains the eyes Perhaps edit it and make it so it's not bold and nice to read so we can appraise it?
Can you get over it and answer the question? Or here's an idea, if its that much of a problem for you copy and paste it to a **** text editor that will ignore the formatting so you can read it. Does this bother you too?
