Due to an ever increasing workload, I'm looking to expand my team so that projects can be completed faster making happier clients. At the moment there's a massive workload, so slipping behind (not good!)

    You will be:
    - Reliable
    - Enthusiastic and have tons of drive
    - Willing to learn
    - Wanting to ensure client satisifaction and take great pride in your work (designs are there for a reason, pixel-perfection should be strived for)
    - Available for 20hrs+ a week
    - Wanting continuous work (this is a job, not just a gig)
    - Have moderate HTML/CSS skills (at least be able to code PSD's to work in the usual IE6, IE7, FF etc... you will be taught everything else)

Any PHP or CMS's are a plus.

I pride myself on delivering top-quality service, so you will be trained extensively first before working on client projects. This is a great opportunity - you will quickly become one of the finest coders in the world (without having to waste time learning everything the hard way, or paying tens of thousands for university or courses)

Pay is negotiable depending upon a variety of factors (reliability, hours, speed, overtime (if need be), and performance bonuses)

If you are interested or would like more details, PM me or add me to MSN or Skype.

Rochow, I code in xhtml/html any kind, I go through w3 validation to ensure quality code for each client of mine.

I also code PHP, and I am a hacker, so I know how to patch most security flaws.

I can code in a little of JavaScript, but not much. I can learn pretty quick on my own if I need too. I would like to take up this job, because I need money.

I meet exceed all of the standards you have requested, and I don't think training will be necessary.

    Thanks, Plazey.

I'm interested. I've written a basic cms in the past, I can code php/sql and valid (x)html. I don't think there's much more for me to learn, but I'd like to be proven wrong.
