    1) Regarding the pages and menus
    2) Color, Look and feel
    3) Content

    Yes, I agree with yho_o. I think a much better design is almost.. required to tell that your website is good. Update it and try to add some pictures to the website to make it more colorful. This will attract more visitors ;)
