I'm looking for an appraisal for one of my sites I am thinking about selling.

    Domain: www.medicalwhere.com
    Pr: 4
Indexed pages: most datacenters are showing 400,000+ now (after recent update)
Traffic: Less than 100 uniques per day
Revenue: Only Adsense so far, since traffic has been low, less than $20 last month

Just curious what you think this site could sell for. It obviously hasn't been worked much yet, other than getting the PR and pages indexed (which just paid off). Possibly looking to sell if the price is right, but don't want to waste people's time (and mine) if it's not worth enough to bother.

    Cheers,

Yeah, nice looking site...don't see much to improve on.
    Even found my doctor!!

Since even cookie cutter sites here on the forum have such high BIN's of $250 to $500 (plain jane cookie cutter recipe sites that are like 5 years old, are trying to be sold for way more than they are actually worth), and since your site is so darn good, lots of content pages and so forth...
Go for a BIN of $1000 at the very least!
Unless you want to sell it to me right now for twenty bucks??? LOL

Thanks for the kind words. If I were to sell, it would need to be higher than $1000... the databases used to create the site cost me almost that much. ;)

Unless I see a site that I know I can integrate into my current network somewhere, I'm a strictly numbers man. I'll pay anywhere from 6 to 18 months of revenue for a site depending on a few key factors.

For this site, I'd offer you anwhere from $100 to $250.

You're probably better off keeping it if you spent that much on the database.

Yeah, I think I'll probably hang on to it for a while, unless I get a decent offer for it... I didn't play to flip it, but once so many pages got indexed (seeing 433k now), I thought someone might see a higher value in it... it doesn't really fit in with the rest of my sites, which are all, more or less, photography-related... I thought it would be a neat project, though. ;) (and the co-op weight is growing on a daily basis!). ;)

I would guess for coop weight alone you could see around $5k for it. I would just put it up for sale starting at say the $250 - $500 range, with a BIN of what you expect to get out of it. Sites with far less indexed pages have been selling for $1500 to $2500 on a regular basis here. Good luck... Nice site BTW!

Thanks... I think I'll wait for Google to settle down a bit, then put it up... a couple of datacenters are now showing almost 600k pages indexed. ;)
