Appraising .us.com, .uk.com and .au.com

    Hi

    I have some insight into domain appraisal tapproaches and techniques but I am always quite baffled by the so called subdomains that look attractive but are tricky when when appraising. I see that no one offers a tangible evaluation of these subdomains. I seek those with exposure to such domains to help me with some idea as to the value of the following names. Please assume no traffic and no revenue so I am just looking at the instrinsic value of the domain names.

    Here are the 3 domain names where I seek your assistance. Please replace (dot) with .

    1. jobs(dot)au(dot)com
    2. travels(dot)us(dot)com
    3. travels(dot)uk(dot)com

    Yes, I do own them :) But the reg fee is quite expensive especially the us.com and uk.com renewal which is $xx - $ xxx
