Hey Guys Not sure if it's OK to ask about an adult site here, but I can't post in Adult yet so I'll suffice by just giving the statistics for now and leave out the .com name. You can assume the layout and function since I used one of the regular scripts. It's mostly a fetish site that I've had for 6 months. It's been growing and I've reached the point where I need to take things to the next level with a new server and some minor redesigns or just sell it off to someone who can do it themselves. I made the site and I'm learning that I don't really know much about SEO, affiliates, etc. I'm guessing that someone else can do a better job. Mostly it gets revenue by affiliate relationships with similar fetish (paid) sites. I'm sure there's probably a better way to take advantage of the traffic but at this point I'm a bit overwhelmed by all of the options. Anyway, here's where the Google stats are at for the last 30 days: 84,000 visitors 42,551 absolute unique visitors 720,000 page views 9 pages/visit 18% bounce rate 8 minutes time on site 43% new visits Most visitors are from the US, followed by European nations, Canada, Japan, and China. I have about 1,000 videos and 700 members. Most of the videos are short and embedded, some are unique/exclusive to my site. The site costs me about $75 a month but I'm outgrowing it. I average about $140 a month in revenue. I've been experimenting with a few different affiliates and banners so the revenue has been up and down over the past few months ($215 high, $65 low). I get about a dollar a day from AFF and EroAdvertising, but Cams.com used to be the good money maker but for some reason I suddenly stopped getting conversions after having about 7 in a 6-week period. All of the ads are banners. I have an in-text video ad that I'm not using, please pre- and post-video ads that I'm not using yet. No pop-unders or anything like that. I've had about 360,000 impressions from EroAdvertising in the last 3 weeks. The revenue part is where I need the most help. It's just something that I'm not experienced with. Perhaps a new owner can make use of the stats and get some better income. My site is unique in that I live in Asia and I have a lot of access to Asian videos that no other site has. My site is also the first tube site to promote this fetish. I think someone who has a lot of experience in monetizing websites will have some good upside. The site is poor on Google ratings. I don't allow people to embed my videos so there's not much linking in to it. A new owner could probably increase the numbers by taking care of that. It's just not something I know much about. So, I'm probably going to hunt around for a buyer and if I don't find one I'll just upgrade the site myself or hire someone to give me some advice on increasing the bottom line. The server runs out in July so I have a little bit of time to make my decision. Thanks!
One last piece of information.... I have embedding turned off on the site to protect bandwidth. Releasing that limit and allowing people to embed the videos, especially the exclusive videos, would instantly raise exposure.
