Appraising Existing Accounts

This question's mainly for PPC agencies...

We often get potential clients seeking account appraisals, but their accounts are attached to an MCC already.

We can't pull these accounts into our MCC (as an account can only be in one), and we can't get access with our standard login e-mail (as an e-mail address can only be connected to one account), so at present we create new Gmail accounts every time we want to access an account.

Does anyone have a more elegant solution? It's not a problem unless the account is attached to an MCC already...

Sometimes a client is willing to delink from their MCC for a few hours so I can add to mine for review then we switch back. Personally I don't think that's any better than a new Google account but it is an option.

You can also chain MCCs so if the client is willing you can add their entire MCC into your MCC for the review period. That works if they don't have other accounts in the MCC that you won't be managing or are concerned about you seeing those other accounts.

Options, yes. Better options, not sure:)

You could create a new email account using your own email

    e.g.

    Looks a little better.

The problem I would see with adding a whole mcc is if the client is with another agency and only wish for you to review the site

The problem is that goes straight through to the MD's e-mail, and he's often away, so it can take days that way...

    Thanks though...
