    i am looking at selling realty.co.uk but am finding it hard to get a realistic valuation before putting it up for sale. Any ideas please.

    I would say that you should go for a payed appraisal from Sedo.You will have to pay to get an exact valuation.But just out of curiosity, could you PM the price you got in your mind right now?Maybe some other names with prices you got.Cheers!

    I do not have that option but i am happy to list a ball park figure here, although we were really wanting to develop it as i think this is a high value name.
