If this domain is really yours (which I highly doubt, since it's from 1994) you can consider yourself a very rich man.

 

it is an old domain, but everyones definition of rich is quite different? what is your definition of rich?

 

Rich, in my opinion, is when you find a balance between a spiritual, emotional and a positive state of mind. But with my answer related to the domain name, I meant rich in a way where you're able to do what you want on a financial scale.

 

But...are you the owner? For such an old domain, which is very rare to come by, I'd expect this to fetch low-mid $XXXX. The domain is currently PR4, with a standard phpLD theme, using the phpLD link-back license. Surely a domain such as this would see a significant ROI if a custom theme was designed and a strong, unique content-rich directory was created?

Actually this domain name came to my mind few weeks ago but I found it already registered

IMO this is a very good domain name, you can make a directory on this domain.

 

Why do you keep asking for appraisals, yet you won't confirm if you are the owner or not

 

i believe this sub-forum is for appraisals. not, confirm your domain then receive appraisals. wheter i own the domain or not. it shouldnt matter..

This is a fantastic name, definately worth up to Mid $xx,xxx IMO.

Take note this is software I use to get a rough estimate of domain values and not a certified appraisal to confirm pre purchase or sale values. It is an excellent domain name with potential and has to be worth getting a paid appraisal if you own this domain or even thinking of purchasing, which ever may be the case.
