Looking for appraisal of www.spiritualmartialarts.com (domain + content). The main page is low PR, but most of the main internal pages are PR4 right now, with a few pr6 and above backlinks since the last G update. Currently ranking #3 on yahoo for Martial Arts Forums ( http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=martial+arts+forums&fr=FP-tab-web-t400&toggle=1&cop=&ei=UTF-8 ), and #3 on MSN for Martial Arts ( http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=martial arts&first=61&FORM=PORE ) and has prominent links from the sites of some really famous martial artists like William CC Chen. The site is Mambo with SEO-SEF URls, and probably ranks for alot of other keywords as well. I really like this site actually, but I have some new domains related to my core industry which I really want to focus on more, and with moving out of the country and the new business and all I don't have alot of free time. Site has some good features like users can maintain their own blogs, pm each other, view profiles and add each other to their friends list, etc. I put alot of work into this site for about a week, and then just kind of got busy with other things, and may like to sell it, especially to someone who would actually do something cool with it. I don't have any concrete traffic or revenue stats on it, but I have a basic idea on the revenue. It has great potential for private advertising sales, and for the right person and with minimal effort I think it could be a really big money maker. Anyhow - I'de like to know peoples opinions on the value of the site. Thanks
