I agree with others' comments in that it might be a dictionary word but it is difficult to see what kind of domain the site could be used for. You mention 3m+ hits on Google but what are people looking for when they type in 'signales'? What kind of website would signales.com be in order to convert them into a revenue stream? You have to think of its development potential, not just the fact it's a dictionary word. Without answers to those questions it's difficult to see any more than mid-high $xx, possibly low $xxx IMO. Also, you need to make a difference between how many results Google produces when you type in 'signales' and how many people actually type in 'signales' as a keyword. The first is 3m, I expect the 2nd is probably about 1000 per month - and that's the crucial one. Incidentally, have you looked at the English equivalents - signal.com, signals.com - what kind of sites are they, if any?
