I never looked into it until just now. Talk about market saturation!! Even the low searched phrases have massive market saturation. "Lose Fat" would be my ultimate SERPs Goal if I were to tackle such a niche with that domain judging by my initial research. If you're going to have to work hard even for long tails you might as well just go for the gold. Whoever runs with it best be one hell of a writer and know their shit.
