I am planning to develop the site into a blog where users can post how to make money guides. I already have close to 30 registered users and only advertise in my sig as well as various other forums.

the site has potential, doesn't have much value yet. The value of a site is given by revenue, popularity and finally the actual site.

I would say around $50-$100.

I would build a good set of back links, now you have 4.

You can use that list of do follow sites you have as a start.

I agree with anadantra. Currently the site does'nt have alot of value, as its new and probably not getting alot of traffic and revenue. So I would say around $75 is where its at now.
