    low $xx to reg.

How can you make it worth more?
Facebook was worth low $xx to reg before it's creation. Now it's priceless.
    Content, traffic, branding, etc...

i think it's between x$ and mid xx$ , from the name, you can use it for directory purpose, will be more suitable rather than a blog sire. dirheaven ==>DIRectory Heaven ???

    awaiting the green :D

WOW, pretty good to notice that dirheaven was directory heaven.
But still, it's not worth much at all unless you brand it.
I wouldn't pay over reg fee for it.

I think you just are green hungry. Give people real help, you'll get it in return.

This is certainly a good name for a directory. If this domain is developed and promoted, I would say mid-$xxx to low-$xxxx. If undeveloped, then mid-$xx.

I see that it was a directory in the past. It is a nice name, it has some good backlinks and some traffic so I'd say high $xx. Develop it and it will go for low $xxx.

Registration fee in my opinion since 'dir' isn't a common phrase among most people. However it could easily be developed into a nice directory.
