Well you can't really say can you? There are users of each and every topic, so it all depends on your site and content and how good it is.
NO, actually i feel that if we develop a web for a magazine then ofcourse no one on mobile will prefer to read a magazine. On the other hand if suppose there is a web for free sms like that then most prolly people will be using it on mobile screen. What you say?
