    * What do you want to use the domain for - It is a Japanese Anime Fansite.
    * If you are planning to sell the domain, then specify what can the niche be used for. - It was used for a Japanese Animation Fan site/Japanese Entertainment Fan Site. Pretty Well known, Gets about 1,500-2,000unique visitors a day and constantly has 60-120 guest online.

    what do you want appraised the domain or the website?
    hmm i just checked the website and it seems you can't hold it any longer. if you're selling it, will it come with the website?
