    * Name of the Domain - rfgindia.com; rfg.co.in (Branded Names)
    * Registration Date : Dec, 2009
    * I'd like to know what shall be the appropriate values for these domain name as RFG (Retail food Group An Australian Co.) is planned to start a business in India in food outlets.

    Even RFG has right now extension (.com.au) an ccTLD.
    All the Big companies in india has .co.in (extension)

    Thanks In Advance!

    Well, it's called trademark infringement, and your post is good proof of your intent to ride the goodwill of it. I would drop it.

    It doesn't matter if they are in India or not - Internet traffic isn't limited by the TLD - it's your intent to trade upon the goodwill of a trademark. There is something called the Madrid Protocol - they can take the domain with a WIPO action or just decide to sue you for damages. Don't register domains of other companies with the intent to make money off of them. It's a bad faith registration and trademark infringement. Find your own name.
