Hi guys, Just stumbled upon FitnessManhattan.com and registered it on 2010/01/26. There's some pretty obvious uses for the domain name, fitness club listings in manhattan, fitness affiliate sales with a local slant etc. The only negative would be that it's a very saturated market (Fitness in general) but focusing on a specific locale may yield better results. I'd imagine the value is low-mid $XXX. What do you all think? I do plan on developing it into a workable website and going from there but wouldn't mind a bit of an appraisal.
Start a classified ads website for Fitness centers and Fitness trainers in Manhattan. Value around $xxx range but would have a greater value with a developed website.
