Appraise a Domain before I make the purchase

    I'm about to purchase a domain that I feel may make a good niche website.

    I'm not going to mention the domain yet as I know it'll just get pinched if it's any good.

    Here are the stats - are they any good??

    Google Adwords Keyword Check (Exact Search): [3 word keyword] - Global Monthly Searches: 135,000, Local Monthly Searches: 90,500

    Google Search for "3 word keyword": 1,070,000 results, 51 pages

    The .org equivalent ranks 8th (Page 1) in Google for "3 word keyword" search, and 11th (Page 2) in Google for 3 word keyword search.

    I'm looking to purchase the '.net' extension which is currently available. .com is already taken.

    Does this sound good? Any more information you need?

    Looks good to me.Number of monthly searches is on the higher side which means you can get a nice traffic also it appears in top 10 of google search.I would suggest you to go ahead with this domain.
