Glenys Kinnock is the newly appointed Europe Minister (cabinet). She will shortly be getting a peerage (A place in the UK House of Lords) and is part of Prime Minister Gordon Browns latest cabinet re-shuffle, so interest in her has spiked over the last 2 yrs.

It's not worth anything as she will probably take the co.uk from you.

Well, if that person is a government official, and that is the correct spelling of the name, it is doubtful that they will allow you to use their name online for what ever purposes that you wish. Especially if their name sake is protected, which most are.

I have never seen a government officials name, owned by a 3rd party. I could be wrong, but I know that I would not allow you to use my name for what ever you wish.
Don't sound so surprised. People have domains taken from them all the time for trying to piggyback on someone else's brand or name.
