Dollarman2007, are you saying that you reg'd a premium .tv @ GoDaddy?? This is not possible as Enom is the only registry that is authorized by Verisign to sell the .tv premiums. I assure you you would have paid much more than $20.

Not sure if this is the same for GoDaddy but NameCheap domains are registered at Enom too.. so its possible. :)
I really like the domain.. I think you should hold on to it for a while because .tv's are getting really popular who knows how much it will be worth over a few years. :)

Thanks for the feedback Nora. However, it is interesting to learn just how many know so little about .tv's. Enom are the only registry where you are able to reg Premium .tv's. If you type in a premium on any other registrar it will show as taken. A special Enom registry has been set up just for this purpose. It is http://www.enom.tv

If you go here and type in a Premium that is available you will be directed to another page where you will be given a price for that premium and an option to purchase. Believe me, you cannot buy these at any other registrar. check it out go to the url above and type in business to see what happens! You won't believe the price.
Maybe there needs to be a forum here dedicated to .tv so we can all educate each other on this up and coming extension. IMO .tv may possibly be second only to .com in the coming years and it appears that a lot of domainers are missing out on a golden opportunity due to a lack of information about the extension.

If flyer.tv worth keeping? I think so. It's one word and could have good resell value 2-3 years down the road. If you reg a .tv on Godaddy the price is $20. Why couldn't you transfer the domain there and renew there?

All premium .tv's can only be reg'd at Enom. They can only be re-regged at Enom. Premium .tv's are not transferable to any other registrar. If you wanted to buy a premium from me you would have to create an account at Enom so that it can be pushed. This is the current situation with .tv Premium's. Is this going to change in future? Who know's!
Any non-Premium can be reg'd at other registrar's beside's Enom
